Healthy Diet for Fitness

To be fit it is not only important to do exercise along with it proper diet is also important. One should be motivated and be disciplined and should have a healthy meal along with a proper exercise. Diet should be in a good quality as it is well said that Quantity is not important but quality is important.

Here are some tips for proper diet:

  1. Breakfast
  • Brown Bread or Wheat Bread (3 to 4 slice) with peanut butter + 2 to 3 egg white + Egg omelette (1 egg) or
  • Milk (1 cup) + Whey protein (1 scoop) +Oatmeal (100 to 150 grams) + Banana (2 to 3 piece) + Few Almonds + Walnuts
  1. Mid Morning snacks
  • Fruit (any fruit like Apple , Orange. 1 piece) + Green Tea (1 cup) + Multigrain Biscuit (2 to 3 piece)
  1. Lunch
  • Wheat chapattis (2 to 3) or Brown Rice (150 grams) + Skinless Chicken / Fish (150 grams) + Mixed Vegetable about 1 bowl + Salad
  1. Mid afternoon snack
  • Sprouts salad + few nuts
  1. Evening
  • 1 cup of Yogurt + 1 fruit + Steamed Chicken sandwich
  1. Dinner
  • Brown rice (1 cup) / whole wheat chapatti + Fried Veggies + 1 small fish or skinless chicken.
  1. Bed Time
  • 1 cup milk

It is not necessary that we can be fit when we are regularly going to Gym, to be fit we can do some exercises in our house but it should be done in regular interval of time or in simple words we can say that exercises should be done regularly. Physical fit doesn’t means that how much you can do exercises and how your body looks. It means how much you are physically and mentally fit.

  • It keeps the cholesterol level in limits in human body.

  • It reduces the back pain.

There are many benefits or we can say that there are long list of health benefits of physical fitness. But to take those benefits it is necessary to achieve the fitness goal and it can only be through the exercise and through the proper nutrition and diet including the good sleep.

Why Fitness is necessary?

Fitness is important in one’s life because it improves your health and reduces the risk of developing several diseases inside the human bodies just like Diabetes, Cardiovascular diseases, cancer & many more. In simple words, Fitness includes Physical activities and exercises which can have immediate and long term health benefits. Regular activity can improve your energy level which will make you more energetic to do the work.

There are many ways through which people try to get physically fit, some of them are better lifestyle, better diet, gym, yoga, aerobics etc.

How to maintain Physical fitness?

There are many ways to maintain the physical fitness. It up to you that how you are curious for the maintenance of your physical appearance. Some of them are as follows:

  • Stay positive and have fun: For being physically fit it is very important to have a good mental attitude towards everything. It is important for a person to do those specific works which create fun into them.
  • Take it one step at a time: Small things can add many changes in your fitness. As example, if you have to go to school which is not so far than use your bicycle and your foot instead of Bus or Private vehicles.
  • Get your Heart pumping: The activities which you do in your daily life it is important to note that it includes the aerobic activities which makes you breathe harder and increase your heart rate. Examples of aerobic activities are swimming, running or basketball.
  • Don’t forget to warm up: Before doing any physical exercises or any physical activities it is very important for a person to warm themselves by doing some easy exercises or stretching.
